Ekaterina Gramenova graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Hungary and MSc in Management in the United Kingdom. During 2012-2014 she taught English as part of the “Teach for Bulgaria” program. Since 2015 she is the co-founder of Steps Academy, a teacher training organisation. Ekaterina draws experience and good practices from both the Teach for All network and trainings and conferences in Bulgaria and abroad.
As part of her professional development in the field of education, Ekaterina managed two projects: “School Leadership Toolkit for Accelerating Achievement” within the Erasmus+ program and “Development of Civil Literacy in Students” within the Evropa program of the Sofia City Council.
